not sure how this works

To whom it may concern,

Can the secured party file a 3911 IRS form for business stimulus money because prior to becoming secured my trust had employees working for it? I'm asking on behalf of my friend (I adopted him as my brother) who is in prison. He has a cellmate who filed for $15,000.00 But his cellmate is already a SPC.

Also where can he find all of his bid, payment, and surety bonds regarding his criminal convictions? So my brother Mike is in the process with Sovereign Filing Solutions and Make Freedom. I am just waiting on the documents to arrive at the P.O.Box. So if I can find where they have his liens, we can pay off those liens and he can come home within 6 or so months. Is this correct? If not can someone direct me to where I need to go next or do?
