Notice to Quite premises

Hi,

How do I write a response to a Notice To Quit Premises? I received it today, October 3rd and it says I am required to vacate premises by October 17th.

Please help.

Also, what does it mean when they post several copies of the notice on the door? Do I respond the same number of times?
