OPEN RECORDS FORMAT FOR SECURED PARTY CREDITORS

I am Secured Party Creditor currently in Federal Court litigating my criminal case via CAFV. The so called state is denying me access to evidence that was suppressed during my proceedings, so I want to know if anyone within this Circuit has any kind of format they can share so that I can force their hands to relinquish what should had been originally disclosed, please I need help, thank you.
