Opening a Treasury Direct Account? B

The line at the very bottom under the final checkbox asks me to assure that:
The Entity and the Account Manager are U.S. persons as defined by the IRS.
I think the entity (trust, as accomplished through Sovereign Filings paperwork) is setup as a non-US foreign national if I recall properly. Is that accurate or is that still considered a 'US Person'?

I set the account as a Trust. Before checking the box I want to make sure that I am staying within the Truth of my claims to this Treasury Account.
