My third party, whom I used until now, whom at the same time is my POA, has passed away on December 26, 2014, and at this time I'm not able to complete the second part because in the Asservation of Sovereign Status and other papers, they asked me for my third party name and address, and she is deceased. 1) Can I use another third party to complete my sovereignty procedure or I can still use her name, or do I have to start the complete procedure from the beginning once again with a new third part??? 2) when a POA passes away, what can be done to be able to indemnifies their family to cover all the funeral expenses, etc???

A guy at a company, which happens to be a common law trust also, said they have a proprietary method where it, in my own words, puts up a proprietary "legal wall/barrier" between the creator individual & the trustee individual, even though they are the same person, nevertheless, giving them legal effect as if they were different persons. Does anyone know anything about this proprietary technique?

How do I get Sallie Mae, or the new company that they spun off accounts into that work beside them, the company called Navient, to send me a CUSIP number for my student loans so I can do a novation contract where I send in a small payment & write/type on paper that if they cash this money order that it serves as final payment for the account & upon them cashing this money order, that they are to zero the account(s) & remove the accounts from my credit report? I heard of success with this process. So far by sending a FOIA request via email, they are just acting stupid & playing shinanigans by just sending me my "account summary".

In an irrevocable trust, how frequently should we have regular meetings or "meetings at stated intervals" as described in Declaration of Trust? Do we need to have a regular meeting every day? Where do we write down (in the record book) how frequently the regular meetings should occur? We don't want to clog up & bog down the trust record book with paper because of having meetings too often/frequently.
