Pending Criminal Charges In Commonwealth State… Good Ol’ Pennsylvania

DWQA QuestionsCategory: Mortgage or ForeclosurePending Criminal Charges In Commonwealth State… Good Ol’ Pennsylvania

I have already went through the Jurisdictional Seminar to better understand the basics, I have requested a review of my case through Tort Division, I have talked to Guy @ SFS and weighted out my opinions with him, I have already filed a Motion to Dismiss - "Performance or Acceptance" (Reservation of Rights) under UCC §1-308, I have stamped "ACCEPTANCE FOR VALUE - RETURN FOR VALUE" on all of my original court paperwork (affidavits, criminal complaints, original charges, etc.) and mailed them to the county courthouses, and I have researched numerous website showing me examples of the AFV & CAFV Processes and ways to claim one's bond... I can not write anymore b/c my hands are protesting, nor can I see anymore b/c my eyes went on vacation...HAHA... What I am truly getting at here is that currently I am struggling financially and the Tort Division wants $3000.00 for each Tort and I have this feeling by the time they are done reviewing my whole case, they are going to require a few Torts to handle this! I can afford a few hundred dollars and I can push it to a maximum of $3,000.00 at most, but that's it... I can't afford no more... If I knew that the Tort Division could pretty much in a sense guarantee that this is going work or bring a remedy and eventually we can get these current charges claimed along with my prior convictions and we should then be able to discharge/setoff/dismiss current charges, then by all means I'll pull more money out from somewhere and sign a promissory note to get more funds... But please someone tell me that it's gonna be okay? HAHA... I know it's funny or I should be strong, but life can become at times hard and unmanageable...I am of course staying strong and I believe, but I need prayer... Thank you all for helping me out @ SFS and Our little meeting/conference calls on Monday night for support... Thank you again...
