Pnc bank asking me to confirm address and initial beside it

as I am awaiting approval for trust account, the branch manager called and stated the legal dept needs me to write down my address and initial by it. I'm assuming because when I brought the paperwork the first time I was missing pages. So I came back with all the paperwork and now they are stating because I'm showing that I'm trustee on account, they need me to write my address and initial. Do I initial without cursive? Or just write down address and initial in cursive?   Thanks for your time ;)
