Pre P/C CAFV – Should I start?

I am just this side (beginning) of a Post Conviction Condition Acceptance For Value action. Should I start using my UBOT for Paydex/A4V now or should I lie low until I am in a safer position?
I am probably safe but I am looking for an objective opinion.
