pretrial/compliance sentencing. guilty/not guilty plea- simple misdemeanor. using the audios advice?

To put it first, not seeking "legal" advice. haha.
Anyways, going to pretrial that was put on continuance and intend to use the stopthecop audio in jurisdiction seminars page 2 bottom.
(at the moment filling in the holes I guess you can say). Though a question. is that something that can work effectively in a pretrial? last time they did end up asking how do I plea which they retracted for a continuance after a little swinging. so therefor since there is a plea still, I can then go along with it effectively? there are many ways to go about this I've been finding out, and a lot to learn still, though I have only 8 days left and really would like some aid sharpening my axe for the axe fight, you know? I'll also post the record after I get a copy if it goes well or not for educational purposes.- though would appreciate any aid/discussion on here.
