Children as Chattle Property UCC3

So I have a friend who divorced and has children. is it possible for this person while an SPC to file her childrens B.C. on her U.C.C 1? if so does that remove her and her children from any prior custody contracts she as agreed to prior to her SPC filings? if not , how can she remove herself and children from the contract as an SPC? the childrens B.C. and/or SSN, if filed on her UCC-1 should be private property not state... correct?this is something i would like to learn being i have children of my own and wish to pull them out of state property if that makes sense???
