Protecting children

I have an almost 2 yr old boy, i am not married to baby momma. My name is not on his birth certificate. Through this process i have made him the beneficiary of my Trust and her as 2nd trustee. I have signed affidavits from her declaring my paternity as well as a non disclosure agreement between us and POA putting our rights in Trust. How can I proceed and further protect my son from DHS and all alphabet agencies? Can Trust be a guardian? Please provide some insite anyone who can!!! He is my sole reason for everything I do and with her hystory with DHS taking her other children, I know it's a matter of time before I have to defend him.
