Greetings and salutations,

My situations/circumstances are several and some are complicated, as well as have a timeframe. I really need help and insight and am hoping someone can guide me with the proper advice. I will give highlighted facts and present each situation/circumstance as seperate questions for communication ease.

In June I established my Sovereignty. At that time I was in a battle with the bank for the ownership of my home (a 6th generation homestead and many details as to how it came to that point which can be shared if necessary but I am trying to be brief). At that time I was in communication with a gentleman who was helping me with the process of retaining my home. This person I had also hired to do the paperwork to establish my Sovereignty. This gentleman knew/knows his way around these processes very well. Per his suggestion I placed a mechanics lien on the homestead and the formerly non communicating bank suddenly wanted to not only communicate with me, they wanted to "sell me back my home" as well. During this communication I was being pressured to sign a lien release as well as a purchase agreement. (The lien is large). I was threatened, coerced and bullied but did not sign. The bank had eviction proceedings in place and used that as a threat to pressure me. As a side note complaints were filed with the Real Estate regulatory board and there is an investigation being conducted as to the ethical conduct of all parties involved with this process. The eviction did not proceed the first time but the bank waited two weeks and re-filed eviction proceedings. During the second timeframe as I was working towards stopping the eviction process (which was not successful, I am sure because of my ignorance) the person who was helping me with this issue stopped communicating. Meaning cold turkey communication. No phone calls, emails or any response was given on their end. I do not know why, I am left with the impression something difficult must have happened. In the intern through this my circumstance continued to proceed. Before communication stopped with my liason he mentioned the bank did not have first lien on my home, I did. He also said he would tell me how to forclose on my lien. I believe the first lien on the property is tied to my Sovereignty but I do not understand how to establish that. I am assuming it has to be done through the court. Fast forward to now... I have been evicted from my home (and am now ridiculously working to empty storage units where my things were moved. This so I do not have an astronomical monthly bill as well as being able to keep my possessions because of said extra expense) I did write and post a sign stating anyone who crossed my property line was trespassing and could be fined and prosecuted. The morning of the eviction I had four sheriff deputies outside of my door telling me they would physically harm me if I did not cooperate. (I have this recorded) I cooperated under threat of harm. They had an eviction company come and start removing my things. When I was taken to the storage unit to have the units placed in my name the men who worked for the eviction company went through my house and took many things of value. Things like a very expensive drill and other tools, my grandfathers shotgun (as examples, there were many more) and they took anything they could take that was metal and could be scrapped, including my lawn mower that was sitting outside. It took me a day or so to realize this. For two weeks (over Christmas) this happened. I feel like I am just now beginning to come up for air. The other day I received a letter in the mail from a law office informing me the bank is going to put my house up for public auction at the beginning of February. I know I need to prove first lien and then I am wondering if I have grounds to bring a lawsuit against the bank. I believe it was Thomas Jefferson who said "Evil flourishes when good men do nothing". I know by silence in court matters that is taken as a form of consent. I do not consent but I need help to know what to do and/or what direction I need to go forward. Is not responding to the act of the home being placed on the market communicating consent? Does that even matter as the lien on the property is astronomically more than the value of the property, so even with the house on the auction block the lien would have to be satisfied before it can be sold?

I joined Sovern Connection because I know there are many who know much more than I in these areas. I really need help and would be very grateful for direction and insight, even if it is just helping me know where to research. If there are fellow Soverns that are close to where I live I would like to meet to learn and discuss more about Sovereignty and all that our lifestyle entails. (I live in Ohio) Thank-you very much in advance for your expertise, experience and communication. Jennifermiller
