Purchase of properties and procedure

I have two properties I am in the process of purchasing. I have to show a proof of funds letter for one so the purchasing process may be approved. (I need this asap as there is much that hinges on this letter)The second one is just waiting on financing. I had a business person who specializes in this area who was helping me. He was going to take care of the investing process and teach me how to duplicate that for myself as we went. He was then to teach me how to discharge my debt with my established trust. (It has matured). For some reason communication with my liaison has totally stopped. No amount of phone calls or emails can persuade communication. This is quite an anomaly to me. (we have communicated for months).

Like a beautiful racecar this process has not started and it just sits there to look at. I am the only one that has the keys to start it. Unfortunately, even though I have the keys in my hand (I even have my non-interest bearing business bank account set up) I do not know where to put said keys to start the racecar. I am also having a rough time knowing how to turn the key over once I find the start area. I KNOW it has to be simple, I just lack the knowledge to know the procedure. I am a fast learner once taught. Driving the racecar will be a bit of an adjustment knowing there is more power there, but I'm sure I will figure it out . I take this process very seriously because I realize with great power comes great responsibility.

I am in a tight time frame with purchasing these properties and I'm wondering if anyone could teach me or direct me as to the proper way to go about doing this. I do not want to lose the opportunity to purchase these because of my ignorance. I believe these would be good properties for investment as they are privately owned and the transactions should be smooth. I was moving along well until my liason quit communicating with me. Not a bad thing, as it forced me to dig deeper for myself and "own" my own overstanding. What you own yourself you not only learn and retain better but can communicate to help others as well. Direction or instructions are greatly appreciated. Please advise. Thank you in advance. Jennifermiller
