putting my bank on notice about my new SPC status

Hi beautiful people, Do you think it will be a good idea to send out copyright notice to the CFO and the CEO of my bank to put them on notice about my SPC status? Becuase, someone told me that it will be better than contacting the branch manager who usually is just a robot type of a thing as the "poop rolls downhill" so they will put everytone else in the corp.
