putting the pieces

The ACH clearing house and possably the Federal Reserve Bank has put a R34 code (limited participation) on my Account. Does any body have any seggestions on how to remady ths problem? Is the UUC filling and copy righting the commercial all cap name, A strong deffence for this? if it not (and my gut feeling says it isnt, And I have a pretty big gut...lol ) So if my big guts is right , What would, be a good deffence to removing the R34 CODE limited pertisapation from my account?
