Question regarding Subrogation and Traffic Court..

Hello guys,

So this is a question that I have regarding a traffic issue I experienced prior to correcting my status. To make a long story short, I received like 3 citations, took them all to Trial and lost. So after losing, I signed a paper showing that I would pay the debt by a certain date. Soon after signing the paper I became an SPC (like a month or so later), however I ended up forgetting about the debt.

Now the payment date is coming up and I'm wondering if I can use something like Subrogation to settle the matter? What do you guys think?
