My question is... In theory should a secured party purchase a new home (completely paid for), what name would be on the deed? Would it be mine and my wife's name as owners, or would we place the name of the irrevocable trust (I.e., Roman Galafate III Trust. Further, by listing the property under the trust, does that waive all future property tax?
