Refund Request

I just joined about 5 minutes ago but I am not satisfied with the product or services. I would like my money back. How do I go about obtaining a refund. Maybe I can join once the website and its partners are more established. Also, I never received a recipt of purchase nor did I receive a welcome email or any email as a matter of fact stating that I joined or signed up for a lifetime membership.
