Releasing video involving my unlawful arrest/kidnapping

So I was stopped for having a cracked windsheild a few weeks back and recorded the whole interaction with the police up until they decided to kidknap me. I made all my declarations and remained silient while being illegally held until 2 am when I saw a judge. I made my declartion that I was a Natural flesh and blood man and signed out "Under Duress" as I was being released.

I even told the mental health professional that I have "Unalienable rights given to me by my creator" as I was being evaluated, she wrote it down. That was about the only ineraction I had in order to get my declaration on some kind of record.

I even went to the court on the appointed day and they informed me that they have not decided to press charges at this time but they have up to a year to do so. I was thinking of sending in copies of my fillings and birthcertificate in as a precaution because I have heard Arizona likes to ambush people with a court date with little notice and then declare you guilty while putting out a warrent. Also in the mean time I wanted to post up the full video of the event on YouTube but I'm not sure if I should until thet matter is resolved.

So the question is can I still publically post it on YouTube and still send it in to the court to be used? or should I wait until the matter is closed?
