Remaining A Sponsor

Peaceful Balance, My wife is currently pregnant with our child. She was born in Jamaica and raised in the UK. She's a UK citizen and I am currently a USA citizen. MakeFreedom.com began filing my papers last year but I never sent in my Birth Certificate. I am going to send it in soon but I was wondering how will I remain a sponsor for my wife's immigration papers after all of the filling had been done?
