I have a question regarding the ‘Right to Travel freely on Public Roads/Highways… My Wife is not Secured due to lack of funds right now…How can she exercise her Right to Travel? Could she exercise her God Given Sovereign rights though

Regardless of her filing status she can exercise her rights. The filing will help greatly though if she runs into issues in defending her rights.
