When setting off a debt that is signed by both you and your spouse do you need to include both parties in the Administrative Process. For example: NOTICE TO SETOFF ACCOUNTS, NOTICE OF TENDER FOR SETOFF, REQUEST REGARDING A STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT,AFFIDAVIT OF SPECIFIC NEGATIVE AVERMENT What I am asking is do both parties need to sign the documents? If so, How would you split the set off between accountsor can just one person like myself set off the debt for both of us? Thanks

No need to split. You can discharge the debt on behalf of you and your wife
