SFS LND

Has anyone in the west coast region filing electronically in Colorado done the Legal Notice and Demand with Sovereign Filing Solutions? I'm still waiting for them to clarify their instructions and it's taking a while so I was hoping someone on here could help. I just need to know if I have to Apostille the LND before I add it on the UCC3? SFS didn't say to in their instructions, which were a little vague, and they never mentioned anything about doing the apostille yet... It sure seems like I need to do it first since the number goes on the amendment but I could be wrong, maybe there's something I don't know about... Has anyone in my region done the LND amendment? If so, what was your process?
