shall i serve MERS along with the Lender named in the mortgage?
What are your thoughts on serving MERS - Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc along with the lending bank named on the mortgage? Second request for debt validation letter just went out to bank. I could send MERS a request for debt validation first then name them in the same case.
I could save me $280 at the court house by naming them both as defendants in this controversy. I am not in foreclosure thanks be to the Lord. <3 <3 <3 Zha
