Signature guarantee

Is there any way to get signature guarantee without a bank account? I'm getting the run around real bad and at best it's gonna take a good long while before any bank will do it. Is there any way on God's green earth to get it done without a bank account? Is there any alternative? I never thought I'd need to get more numbers associated with my name to be sovereign, I'm starting to think this site should be called secured party connection lol isn't the point to get out of the system not exploit it?
