SPC filing/Certificate of live birth??

Problem Recently completed the SPC filing process (June) and finally got the official copy of the ceritificate of live birth in the mail from the state. The original document was a copy from the county. The official state copy has a differnet file number than the county's copy. Wondering how F'ed we are on the process being that we had the "wrong" information on the filing.
