SPC ID to settle some traffic fines

Can i use a SPC ID to settle some traffic fines in court by giving it to the clerk, before i enter into the court room? Or do i just go into the courtroom, let  them know i\'m the living flesh and i\'m not apart of their laws and what ever else i need to enter into the court record. My reason for asking is i\'m on parole, and the fines are old. But i have a couple of court dates. Can i get someone to simply explain which route i should go.
