SPC Job Application

I'm in need of a job which sucks but at this point it has to happen. I'm filling out an application and it asks for my SSN. As an SPC should I leave it blank, use my EIN, or just put the SSN and give them the W-8BEN with it? This aspect has always been a little confusing for me. Any help would be appreciated.
