SPC Marrying A Foreign National

I just recently became an SPC and I plan on marrying an asian woman. My concern is the marriage license as an SPC; are there options to the traditional route of obtaining a US VISA for her since I am an SPC? Are there other options to the marriage license, (which is required to obtain a spousal visa) as an spc?
