Questions concerning state court. Can a coram nobis be used in state court. can federal rules be used in state court as in title 42 chapter 113 USC. the federal side has invested interest in state court? If jurisdiction has been assumed in all 4 continuances of mine can I make a motion to dismiss on the ground of assumed jurisdiction? Lastly. My last continuance was to view a video privately with the prosecutor with no objections. Now she's saying we will view it in court? She flipped it over. Can I do something? I was prepared to use the coram nobis and other ways to finish my simple misdemeanor criminal case until I realized I was in state court.. I'm duped now. 3 weeks to go atm..
