States across the country pulling UCC filings

What is going on with the states pulling UCC filings? It's so real that I went to file an ammendment because I have been filed for several years and the lady gives me a yellow piece of paper asking me to fill out why am I filing and what am I filing which has never happened before. Then a girlfriend of mine got her stuff deleted by VA. They didn't even notify to tell her that they yanked her stuff and flipped on her and told her debtor cannot be a transmitting utility and that the all cap name can't  be the same as creditor name. They seem to be doing t his everywhere now.
