How were you injured? To have a claim you must be an injured party. Are you the owner of your private property? If so, how was their use in violation? The trade name is a Public Transmitting Utility (TRUST) and unless you can prove a loss, violation, or injury; you have no claim. Institute the proper process to evidence discovery of the facts and do what you must to remove or vacate such injury. If a dishonor results and/or injury continues, proceed with a small claims (Public) suit if under FDCPA or Tort (Private) as necessary. Full disclosure and Notice, Notice, Notice are required to uphold a standing in capacity as creditor. Do a FOIA under 5 U.S.C. 552 (a) with the IRS pursuant to CFR 601.702(f)(3)(E) to request how much you've paid in and due to fraud, institute a Tort Claim for full refund with the SSA; its up to you to protect your rights, discover fraud, and institute claim.
