Sureties in SPC Bond?

Hello,   I got the sovereignfillings.com 2011 freedom from servitude book, ive contacted them inregards to the new book and what errors does the book contain before i do my spc process but no one has contacted me back... Ive checked around the internet and alot of places are saying that the SPC bond requires 2 witnesses and 2 surities.. is this true?
