SURVEILLANCE

I work for a home care agency currently and i work in private homes that has contracted to do business with my agency. This particular home that i work in has a camera in it. The daughter has told me and made a informal memo in the home that the camera is not to spy on the aids, but to on occasion look in on her mother (LIE). This camera i have noticed is 85% of the time not even in th direction of her mother and is looking at me. Being that I have NEVER gave any legal rights to be sublect to the SURVEILLANCE what do i do? Mind you I do on occasion work other location and the famlies do not have camers. From what I now Overstand I am a copyrighted individual and i did not sign any documents with anyone to be under surveillance. Am i correct or wrong?
