My birth certificate has been annexed by both the N.C. and U. S. Seceratary of State Offices. Attached toit is the Great Seal of The U.S. and the words showing I'm "Entitled to Full Faith and Credit."
How do I utilitize this Full Faith & Credit?
Shouldn't this be added to my UCC Filing on the Addendum?
