UCC-3 and making an affidavit public

Good evening,
When going through the debt-discharge process, what is the procedure for making an ammendment to my UCC-1? Do I use a UCC-3 to amend and make an unanswered affidavit public and therefore the affidavit to become law and the debt discharged?
