Urgent! Need help on creating a bond to attach to Temporary Restraining Order

In two days, the judges ruling that granted Bank of America summary judgment with a fake promissory note, (I have a copy of the original wet ink note) then struck my whole answer, stating now we don't have an answer, ruling will stand.  However, this is unlikely, as I intend to fight against this corruption.  There are other issues of genuine material fact that need to be resolved, that would be too lengthy to write about, but this foreclosure mill judge is trying to prevent us from having due process of the law.   I read that I should also file a temporary restraining order, but will probably need to attach a bond.  I think the type of bond should be a suretybond. Can anyone help on how to write one using my bond?
