URGENT QUESTIONS “time sensitive”

I have this lady that has her SFS trust all set up but is currently homeless sleeping in her car with her 3 boys
How can we help her immediately ?
WHats the use of this trust if it will take you literally 20 years of reading to figure out how to COMMANDEER this thing.
No help on getting the benefits of having this trust , like who gives all this information to people with no guidance
Simply unfair in my opinion ....I wouldnt set people up to read something for years to get the benefit after they have paid my company for services that only that company knows the ins and outs on......
