Warrent for arrest

out of curiosity- im in no danger of it lol. just curious. if presented a warrant for arrest, does the warrant need a judges stamp/signature?etc.?- literally out of curiosity how to lawfully/legally avoid one if presented, and if its possible to resend as its an offer to contract isn't it? or is it related to something like so? (lack of better words, sorry)
