i want to send out a conditional acceptance letter to the servicer of my \"loan\". I\'d like to format in this way... I\'d conditionally accept your offer that I\'m in default on this account upon proof of claim. I\'d like to offer a reasonable means to send you the back payments upon the condition that you answer my questions truthfully with evidence to support your facts. Only then will you receive payment.

 A. That when this loan was originally brought to the table, and an agreement was consummated, I was under the impression that capital was being lent to us. Was in fact capital lent, or was credit for this loan  given? 

B. Where did the funds for this loan come from? Were they in fact generated from my deposited promissory note and if so, where can I obtain further information about this?

  This is an attempt to pay a lawful debt owed. If you are able to answer my question with fact I will immediately send a check for the amount claimed due, if not you will agree to cease all collection activities against me, remove the mortgage lien, and settle and close this matter. 

I have prepared myself a qualified written request letter that I will be sending out soon, I know that I will have to wait for either response or non response from the claimed creditor before I can look to settle..lol hopefully settle anyway 

can a conditional acceptance letter ever be used in place of a QWR??

Sovereign connection, these are just a few ideas I'm thinking about, I\'m looking for insight as to how to properly prepare this type of letter and find out what should be the purpose in sending a conditional acceptance letter, any information provided is greatly appreciated...thanks again
