Yearly Subscription Refund
Hello. I am requesting a refund for $59.99 for the yearly subscription for a membership that had had been cancelled a long time ago. The last yealy membership payment that was made was on September 29, 2015. This means that the yearly membership for 2016 and 2017 was not made. It was not made because the account had been closed. Please refund me the $59.99 that should never have been billed as the account was supposed to be closed. Please check my activity on the account and you will notice I have not logged in for every long time because the account was suppose to be closed. Thank you.
