Can the 2nd trustee be a nominee to sign up for sales tax for the trust in order to get a resale number with the state & still maximizing the privacy of the trust? for retail dropshipping that is? to keep the state from thinking we are a “massachusetts trust” & demanding full registration (in Tennessee), including Franchise & Excise + business tax?
