Does becoming a SPC give me power over existing Judgments?

I just agreed to a Judgment in court because at the present I didn't know a way out. If I become an SPC will that give me power of a Judgment? It was a Judgment over Hospital Bills. Once I fill out a Hold Harmless Agreement does this give me what I need to get rid of the Judgment or is there more?
