How to Travel Privately? self insured without a license or tag lawfully?
rashaqqel asked 11 years ago Hey, Does anyone have ay information in regards to traveling in a private conveyance? Not having a license, or a tag but having self insurance with posted surety bond? Must the surety bond be notarized and posted to the county clerk?
