Ein application online

Hello,    I am trying to obtain an ein for trust and per instructions for #14 it states please tell us about trustee (fill out spc name) but can't use special characters so use this as example : could be anyone ?? Am I placing that in the filed after my name? Or just type my name in the fields? I'm confused with this one.   Thanks, Jamille
