Family court from a third party

Can anyone help with this? I recently received a court petition and wrote on it CAFV, UCC 1-308 w/o prejudice and w/o recourse in red and printed my name in red block capitals and had it motorized. I signed in blue....should I file another one? If so how do I nullify the first? Thank you
