Criminal courts! Charge sheet

Hi iwas trying to locate a charge sheet but was told they don't have them. I was buffaloed into signing a paper saying probation is what id receive but When Iwentto court a year and 140 pounds heavier the judge decided not to honor i. And was sent to prison. When spoke to the clerk they said it was for multiple charges i said no just one She said right just one but its linked to others...WTF!? I asked for a copy of the whole file and was told wasnt able to have access to it. Here's My question. What exactly do I need to get this unjustice righted? Thank You God Bless
