Including the Legal Notice and Demand

I'm curious to know when and where to include the legal notice and demand along with its attached definitions. The definitions seem as though they would apply to all of the documents included in the UCC 1 filing but neither the definitions nor the legal notice and demand are included in the collateral for the UCC 1. This brings up the question of when and where to send the legal notice and demand with the attached defintions as it seems they are both fairly important documents to have on record. Is this sort of a separate process than the UCC 1 filing and/or can it be done with the UCC 1?
