Take to bank

i understand what 3 things i should have to take to the bank i took them. i went to PNC Bank and they sent whatever i gave them to their legal team. their legal team is saying they need the following .... first 3 pages of the trust

• the pages that indicate if the trust is irrevocable or revocable -The successor trustee section
• signature pages of the actual trust documents
• power of attorney document WHEN i went to wells fargo i was told i wouldnt need to bring any document because they create their own there....?
