account asset vs liability

After going over this site I have been convinced that discovering what the account consists of has been made difficult (intentionally). Having said that, and setting aside the ability to create wealth, how will I know if I write promissory notes (a promise to pay) that may exeed the value of the trust. This whole project stems from existence of "The Trust" and yet it is clearly the least known about.
